1.How long does delivery take?

Delivery of your items should be completed within 24 hours (Usually it takes 5 minutes to 1 hour to receive your order). If you do not receive your items within this timeframe, you are eligible to request a refund.

2.What is the refund policy?

We have a 24-hour delivery guarantee policy, which means if you do not receive your items within 24 hours, you are eligible to request a refund within the next 3 days. To start the refund process, contact us at support@massloot.store. You must request a refund within 3 days of not receiving the item and must have attempted that you opened a claim ticket in our discord server and sent the requested order details. If your return is accepted, we'll notify you via email and automatically process your refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days due to your payment processor.

3. Can I return or exchange items?

Items that have already been claimed are not eligible for refund or exchanges, as the delivery system is completely automated.
